Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

• Domestic: 3–10 business days
• International: 2–6 weeks depending on location and customs

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times are out of my hands. If your package seems delayed, please check your tracking info first and then reach out to your local post office. Don't hesitate to contact me at studio@manitaz.com and I'll do my best to help.

Although every order is packed with care, Manitaz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed to the carrier.

All Sales Final

All purchases are final sale. I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged, please reach out to studio@manitaz.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it out!

Ceramics

All ceramic pieces and sculptures are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Minor variations in glaze, texture, and form are intentional and part of their character — not defects.
